We are living in strange times that are affecting all of us in so many different ways, and although self-care has always been important for our own wellbeing and health, I think more than ever a lot of us have the time to think and act to make lifestyles changes that can have a positive impact on our futures.


A countries biggest asset is the health of its citizens, and with the NHS under constant pressure like never before, we must take responsibility for our own health so we don't take our health service for granted.


We must look in that mirror and see where the responsibility of our health lies.


LOOK AFTER YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

Our minds are just as important as our bodies, and we have to take time to keep it happy and healthy, by taking time for ourselves, practicing mindfulness, taking up meditation, going for a sound bath session, a nice long nature walk, listening to the birds, catching the reflections on the water, acknowledging the seasons flowers, the breeze in the air, seeing the sun go down or rising, taking time to notice the little things that this beautiful world provides and remembering the A, B, C's of Zen. Awareness, Balance, Calmness and Control.
